Our girls are now 3 years old, 3 months. They keep wanting to "not" wear diapers to bed and I sorta been scared cuz I do not want to have to clean up peed up sheets. But after Grace snuck her panties on twice in one night. I was like why am I fighting this?? This is what I wanted!! So last night after we get home, they both go potty and say they do not wanna put night diapers on. I am like oh dear... but this morning. Neither one of them peed the bed. They were so excited.
On the way to Papa & Grandma's House. I said how about you guys not ever have to wear diapers again. (cuz they have only been wearing them at night). Laura yells ALLRIGHT! I said how about mommy hangs a piece of paper on the fridge and when you get 7 stickers you guys can have a prize?? They were all excited and said yes! I said what do you guys want? Grace says, I want puppy underwear. Laura says. I want kitty underwear. Mind you now they are like me. Super obsessed with panties. Grace has even took a bunch out of the drawer and hid them under her pillow cuz she loves all her princess panties. I might have created some monsters with my underwear obsession, they are like mini-me's. So funny! So we got the goal in mind. Yet more underwear. I am on the hunt for puppy & kitty panties.
We have came along way from diapers every two hours...to having floaters in the bath-tub..to poop up the back and mama gagging often...going potty in the princess pottys. Which now by the way. I would highly recommned going straight to a big potty instead. So not worth the "almost puking occasions" to pooping in Grandma Legbands trash can....to pooping in the bathtub. (that was this week). To no diapers!
I'm so proud of them and glad for this to be done with. :-)
